Our philosophy is simple: support the locals. We source as much locally as we can. Meat & Seafood from our local butchers & fishermen. Veg straight out of the dirt on Jim’s Farm, eggs from the Stratty girls who live a happy life on Maroubra Farm as well as all the cheese & vino we can source from our own little food bowl here in Gippsland. Enjoy.
